Governance structure

Rise International School Erbil is governed by Ronaki Hawler Education Company, a joint venture between Stirling Education, a global education provider, and Khoshnaw Group, a prominent regional organization. This partnership ensures a balance of international best practices and local expertise.

The school operates within a structured governance framework aligned with Cognia accreditation standards and KRG Ministry of Education regulations. School leadership reports to a central board overseeing all ten schools within the Ronaki Hawler network. Principals meet with the board biweekly to review academic planning, compliance, financial oversight, and student outcomes.

The governance model is non-political and non-religious, operating strictly within official educational policies.
