Application Procedure

  1. The application process starts when the applicant submits the reference letter about the student`s current grade, discipline from the previous school, and ID card.
  2. The applicant and the parent fill in the Application Form and get a date for Entrance Exam and interview.
  3. The applicant’s average (GPA) in the previous school cannot be lower than 75. The grades for all subjects must be over 60.
  4. The applicant must get at least 60 (for grades 7,8, and 9) and 70 (for grades 10,11, and 12) from Admission Exam.
  5. After the assessment, the student will be placed in an appropriate grade.
  6. Following notification of acceptance, to reserve a place, 1st Installment of Tuition Fee is paid at the time of registration.
  7. The application process is completed when the Application Form and the Parent-School Contract are filled in full and signed by the parent or the guardian.
  8. The school takes responsibility for organizing the education of the student. The duties of the school, students and parents are clearly defined in RISE Student-Parent Handbook.
  9. List of documents to be prepared when the student is accepted to RISE:

  • Application form
  • Applicant’s Birth Certificate or National ID
  • Passport for Iraqi Citizens
  • Passport for international students
  • Father’s Identity: Passport or other ID
  • Mother’s Identity: Passport or other ID
  • Medical Reports, if any.
  • Previous school reports/records (at least last two years) or Transcripts (Certified by the Ministry of Education)
  • Transfer documents from a local public school (Certified by the Ministry of Education)
  • Transfer documents from international school (Certified by the Ministry of Education)
  • Six recent passport photos.
  • Vaccination records for Grade 1

Important notice

The student’s parent/legal guardian and the student must read and abide by all terms and conditions mentioned in the Stirling Schools Student-Parent Handbook.
